Agenda: Discussion on the Legal Dropout Age and a presentation from Iglesia Educational Program. Van Henri White chairs the Excellence in Student Achievement Committee, which also includes Commissioners Melisza Campos and Allen Williams.

Thursday, December 11th:
Audit Committee, 5:00 p.m., Third Floor Conference Room
Agenda: Review CAFR and forward to Board for approval. Commissioner Allen Williams chairs the Audit Committee, which also includes Commissioners Willa Powell and Van Henri White.

Finance Committee, 5:30 p.m., Third Floor Conference Room
Agenda: Review November financial reports and resolutions for the December Business Meeting. Commissioner Willa Powell chairs the Board Finance Committee, which also includes Commissioners Cynthia Elliott and Allen Williams.

Policy Committee, Immediately Following the Finance Committee Meeting, Third Floor
Conference Room Commissioner Thomas Brennan chairs the Policy Committee, which also includes Commissioners Cynthia Elliott and Willa Powell.

Monthly Business Meeting, 6:30 p.m., Third Floor Conference Room
Anyone wishing to address the Board should call the Board Office at 262-8525 by Noon on December 18th to register.

Friday, December 19th:
Special Meeting, Executive Session, 5:00 p.m., Superintendent’s Conference Room
The Board anticipates a motion to move into executive session to discuss a personnel matter relating to specific individuals.
